When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the ship date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Retrofête ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I care for my sequined and embellished garments?
Due to the delicate nature of our hand-beaded and sequined pieces, we recommend professional dry clean only. Please handle with care to avoid snagging on jewelry or accessories.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before finalizing your purchase.
